Standalone
What a lot of people don’t know is that Visualize is a standalone product. Unlike PhotoView 360, it is not tied to a SOLIDWORKS 3D modelling license. This allows it to be used by additional departments such as Marketing and Sales, freeing up the designers time. In fact, you don’t even need a SOLIDWORKS license. If you receive CAD data but don’t produce it, Visualize allows you to import the CAD data and create stunning imagery in an intelligent environment. This means that if the design is subsequently changed, Visualize will recognise this and update the render accordingly.
But what are the differences between PhotoView 360 and Visualize? And why are they both available?
